Terms of Service

By creating an account or using TalentOS you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old.

• No scraping, reverse-engineering, or automated abuse.
• No misrepresenting your identity, qualifications, or another person's resume.
• No unlawful, harassing, or discriminatory content.
• Recruiters must use candidate data only for legitimate hiring purposes.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

AI-generated content (matches, cover letters, resume suggestions) is provided as guidance, not advice. Review and approve everything before submitting it to an employer.

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a license to host, process, and display it as needed to operate the service. The TalentOS platform, brand, and code remain our property.

You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
